History
The UK subsidiary company, Sauter Automation Limited, was founded in 1976.
The parent company was founded in 1910 in a small workshop in Grindlewald, Switzerland. During the 20th century the company expanded its manufacturing capacity to encompass all elements of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Control technology and Building Management Systems (BMS). It also established subsidiary companies in all major European countries and agencies to deal with business opportunities outside Europe.
The UK subsidiary company, (Sauter Automation Limited), was founded in 1976 to replace the agencies that had handled the business in the UK, since 1935.
