EYL 106: nova106, processor and power-supply card

The EYL106 processor and power-supply card is part of the EY3600 nova106 family of systems. It is used in conjunction with a nova106 rack to create modular automation stations The EY3600 automation stations provide the ability to monitor, optimise and control HVAC installations. The EYL106 processor and power-supply card enables the user to: (a) scan all inputs; (b) process the parameterised function blocks; (c) update the outputs; and (d) perform the necessary communication with other stations and with the visualisation and management level. The power unit provides the correct voltages for contact interrogation, relay activation and the logic modules. The measurement, output-signal and reference voltages are formed from these voltages on the corresponding function cards. The unit is programmed (parameterised) using a PC with the CASE software and the CASE FBD Editor as per IEC 1131-3.
