SGU100: Sash sensor

How energy efficiency is improved
Enables the demand-led, energy-efficient and safe air-volume control of laboratory fume cupboards in combina-tion with the ASV115CF152 compact controller for critical areas.

Areas of application
Infinitely-variable measurement of the position of the vertical sash in fume cupboards.

Features

  • Non-wearing and accurate detection of the position of the sash with a travel resolution of < 1 mm (F010) or < 2 mm (F011)
  • Enables fast and oscillation-free volume flow control
  • Easy to fit, preferably on the counterweight of the sash
  • Teach-in function for adjusting travel of the sash
  • RS-485 bus interface for up to 31 subscribers in a segment and SLC (Sauter Local Communication) protocol
  • Extremely easy to parameterise using the SAUTER CASE VAV software
  • Integrated excess-travel alarm
  • Power cable 2.5 m long, 7 x 0.32 mm², fixed to housing
  • Fitted with halogen-free cable as standard
  • Remote access and remote maintenance: commissioning and service via bus or external button
  • Service support for the entire system through a voltage controller function in test mode
  • 3-colour LED status display
  • Acoustic status and alarm elements (can be deactivated)

  • Non-linearity max. 1.5%
  • RS-485 interface for parameterisation
